Device telemetry

If you are a Teleportal customer, our cloud management platform collects operational data from deployed devices. This includes device identifiers, firmware version, connection status, and network health metrics. This data is used to provide the cloud dashboard service, deliver firmware updates, and diagnose issues. It does not include the content of traffic passing through the device, which is encrypted end-to-end in hardware and inaccessible to Faltrix.

Device telemetry is retained for the duration of an active subscription and deleted within 90 days of subscription termination upon request. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Teleportal devices enforce encryption at the hardware level; Faltrix does not have access to the content of traffic traversing your network.
